If you decide to cancel an order, the key factor is whether it has already left our hands. You can cancel for a full refund as long as the product hasn't been shipped or produced yet. The moment the order is shipped out, that window closes and cancellation is no longer possible. This is the fastest way to get your money back, as it avoids the return process entirely.
We stand behind the condition of every order that leaves our facility. If the goods arrive damaged or are not what you ordered, you are not required to cover the return shipping fee. If you've simply changed your mind after receiving the product, you have a 30-day window from the date of delivery to apply for a return. Once the return is approved, you'll need to ship the items back within 15 days of receiving them. For a return to be accepted, the item must be unused, in the exact same condition you received it, and packed in its original packaging. You'll also need to include your receipt or proof of purchase. When the return is due to a change of heart, you are responsible for the return shipping fee, which will depend on the courier you select. There is no restocking fee, and you will only ever be charged for shipping costs once at most, including the return.
